Front Desk Officer
- Greets all incoming students, families and guests respectfully and professionally.
- Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image for the School.
- Receiving parents concern and transferring to proper department or taking a detailed message.
- Responds to inquiries for the purpose of referrals and directions as may be required
- Maintains office meeting calendar and schedules meetings held at school.
- Maintains admission guidelines by receiving phone calls, help parents to fill an application and assigned appointment for assessments.
- Schedule School tour appointments for the admission coordinator.
- Obtains applicant information by requesting completed applications and medical information; verifying and clarifying information about the school.
- Performs other clerical tasks as assigned including word processing and creating databases, etc.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
