Our theme for this year is “Building Relations”. My message is to all of YOU in our school community - staff, students and parents - learn to take the good, and the difficult parts of our daily school experience and as a TEAM work together to solve the problems and focus on what is important for our students: a solid education foundation. We all have to work on establishing a healthy working relationship because in the end, it is us as administrators, students, teachers and parents who will be able to establish positive caring relationship where mutual trust plays a fundamental role.

In fact, we could extend this to any relationship. Understanding is the foundation of any relationship, be it a parent-child, administer-parent/student, teacher-student or other. We all at Bedayia have an ultimate goal: to give our students the chance to understand that we are a school of opportunities where positive relationships are the key to our success.

To our school community … count all your blessings, pray, carry a Heart that Never Hates and finally, carry a Smile that Never Fades. My advice to you as a new Director to Bedayia, have a new start and guide yourself to Excellence, Trustworthiness, Integrity, Politeness, Determination, Honesty, Showing Respect and above all, be a happy smiling student!
