Dear Parents and Guardians of grades 3 &4,

It is with great pride and excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you as

the Principal of the elementary School (grades 3 and 4). I am honored to have the

opportunity to lead a school with such a rich tradition of education! “Education,

Authenticity and creativity”.

I have been dedicated to the field of education since I graduated from Faculty of

Pharmacy Ein Shams University 2007. My Passion to Education had led me to this

road, so I had completed a variety of educational diplomas and courses; “Ein Shams

University” Educational diploma, Positive discipline, Edupedia Educational

Leadership Program and other educational workshops.

I have worked with a variety of students' ranging in age from grades one to six. I am

excited and eager to work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child's

success.

I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and

stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually,

physically, and socially. It is my desire as an educator to help students meet their

fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risktaking,

and spots each child’s talents.

Along with the teachers and staff, I will work hard to continue the legacy of success

established by Bedayia Elementary School by building strong relationships with

parents, students and community partners. We will focus on character education

initiatives, Common Core skills, and to provide consistent implementation of the

curriculum in a rigorous manner so that we can continue to increase all of the

students' achievement.

I have an open-door policy, kindly feel free to email me to discuss any concerns you

might have throughout the school year.
